About Me

I am a digital skills tutor passionate about helping people who find technology challenging. I have decades of experience as a technology educator. I particularly like to work with people with mental health challenges, people with disabilities and older adults.

• Finding, installing and using programs/apps.

• Buying smartphones, computers and other digital devices.

• Choosing phone and Internet plans.

• Customising your digital devices for special needs, or learning how to use their accessibility features.

• Setting-up smart TVs and other household tech.

• Introduction to creating electronic music.

• Basic tech troubleshooting.

My Approach

Having my own lived experience with psychosocial disability, I am sensitive to the challenges faced by people with disability when using technology, and offer warm, friendly, and patient support.

I individualise sessions to suit each client's needs. I don't just fix problems for you — I show you how to solve your technical issues and develop skills so you become more independent when using technology.

Where I Work

I service the Inner West of Sydney and offer:

• Home or workplace visits.

• Meet-ups in cafes or libraries.

Pricing

I charge $50 an hour.
